I am eagerly awaiting the opening of the newest addition to the Vancouver based, family owned chain Earls Kitchen & Bar, at their new Mall at Millenia location once occupied by Blue Martini. The opening is billed as sometime in “Summer 2016” but works have continued here for some time, so hoping for an early conclusion.
Earls was an early adopter of the sustainable food and farm accreditation movement, for all of its Beef, Poultry and Seafood sourcing, a movement that has spread not only across North America but around the world.
I first visited an Earls restaurant back in 1993, at their Robson Street Vancouver location and was immediately impressed with their cutting edge design and global reach of their quality menu. They have now expanded to circa 67 locations from Vancouver to Miami, creating a niche space as one of North Americas most beloved restaurant groups.
I am looking forward to having that same innovative experience when Earls opens in Orlando.
