The Bar @ Pepe’s Cantina – 433 W New England Ave Winter Park.
After recently celebrating a year of business in the Hannibal Square restaurant district, an area which is rapidly becoming one of discerning diners’ favorite destinations, Pepe’s Cantina has cemented its success and popularity by providing amazing authentic Mexican food. But there is another side to their business that few people know about and some discover only by accident, namely their terrific bar!
Hidden from the street and accessed through the courtyard to the left side of the restaurant, the Pepe’s team has created a superb space to drink, eat and party till well after the sun goes down.
A long bar dominates the area with plenty of bar stools and high top tables to the rear, where you can chill out, relax and enjoy some great beers or one of their tantalizing cocktail creations.
My current favorite is their signature drink, the Avocado Margarita, a delicious blend of premium Tequila, Avocado and Agave syrup, served frozen or on the rocks, worth a try for sure.
Big screen TV’s are featured behind the bar area so no need to miss that important sports game.
