We know the gang at Georges Gourmet Cookies are big fans of the Beatles, but to steal outrageously from another band Abba, and the song “Thank you for the Music” we would like to pay tribute to George’s baking skills.

George’s Rum Cake, light, moist soft sponge cake soaked in Rum and topped with Almonds. A sweet and yummy treat, great with a foaming Cappuccino or even another slice!!
