Hand Held Pies.
Definitely a work in progress project, as not yet quite perfected. This one was a Chicken Pot Pie hand held and tasted great! Questions still remain, Short Crust or Rough Puff? Also, there are so many fillings, we need to work on our favorites.
Sure we will nail it soon (tough job baking and eating pies this week) and share the recipe with you guys.
