International Carrot Day
Today is International Carrot Day (are there any free days anymore?).The celebration was created in 2003 to spread the news and tell people all about carrots and how they are really good for you.
We mostly buy our carrots at the Winter Park Farmers Market every Saturday, no need to stick to traditional orange, try these colorful rainbow carrots, they look stunning on the plate!
