Staff Meal @ Boca – 358 North Park Avenue Winter Park.
Dinner at Boca is always a local favorite, with their great menu they make it tough to decide, so many great dishes. But make sure you always check out their specials. Tonight’s staff meal was Roasted Vegetables with Couscous, Tomato Jam and Balsamic.
This dish was amazingly presented on a simple slate platter, with a fantastic combination of flavors.
